Gordon Chang spoke to Granthshala News about China’s initiative to collect foreigners’ DNA and plans to use it.
The People’s Republic of China (PRC) has been collecting people’s DNA for years, and according to Gordon Chang, author of ‘The Coming Stop of China’, the country’s appalling inspiration should be of great concern to the United States.
With more than 80 million health profiles, China has the world’s largest DNA database, and continues to grow. In an interview with Granthshala News, Chang warned that China plans to use this information to create biophones designed to target specific ethnic groups.
“Coronavirus is not the final pathogen that will be produced from ceramic. And so we’ve become concerned that the next disease novel is more contagious and more deadly than the coronovirus, “Chang said.
China reportedly collects the DNA of its own citizens for law enforcement purposes, monitors dissidents, and constitutes a tightly controlled surveillance state.
RATCLIFFE spoke of China being ‘most honest’, opposing ‘political policy’ on the issue.
They have also found ways to obtain the DNA of foreigners, including Americans.
How do they actually get this sensitive information?
“Buying American companies, which have DNA profiles, subsidize DNA analysis and hacking for ancestral companies,” Chang said.
